You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it. Keep your credentials safe. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
You retain ownership of the content you create. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to host and display your content as needed to provide the service.
Paid plans are billed as described at purchase. You can cancel anytime. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Stripe handles all payment processing securely.
Don't use Dominat8 for illegal activities, spam, or content that violates others' rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Dominat8 is provided 'as is.' We do our best to keep it running and secure, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service or be liable for indirect damages.
